RETURNS

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

We truly hope you enjoy your purchase, if you're not completely satisfied with your item(s), you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Upon receiving your returned items, we will process your refund. If items are returned after the 28-day period, we reserve the right to send them back to you. We cannot accept returns for items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. All garments must be free from all signs of wear and odour.

All returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure they are securely packaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please be aware that we do not accept returns in person; all returns must be sent via An Post.

*Tumblers are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. 

HOW TO RETURN:

If you made your purchase in Ireland and need to return your item(s), we aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt. However, during exceptionally busy periods (such as sales), this may extend to 28 days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

You can arrange a collection from your home by visiting: Click & Post for online postage and returns and selecting Bird Haus from the drop down menu. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
